Everyone who arrives the woods of Elva, finish of the Tartu Maraton ?? awaits a speciality, you only get at the 63km long marathon. The famous hot beer is one of the best isotonic drinks you can get after an exhausting race. I got to know the secrete how it is made. My friend Guido invited me to his cottage and showed me how to cook it. The Tartu Maraton is worth a journey! Great race, great place, great experience and great finisher drink.
Recipe Hot Beer
- ? 0,5 l Dark beer
- ? 3 tea spoons honey
- ? Pot
- ? Gas cooker
- ? (special ingredient for very cold days: Estonian booze)
- Poor the dark beer into the pot
- Put it on the gas cooker for 3 to 4 minutes until foam arising
- Add 3 tea spoons honey
- Poor it into a cup and enjoy ( the hotter the better, but attention: There is a too hot =))
