42^nd Tartu Maraton will be shown live on Estonian National Television on Sunday (17.02) from 10.00 until 12.55. Live broadcast can be viewed live via internet at the same time: http://otse.err.ee/etv/.

Tartu Marathon is 7^th stage of FIS Marathon Cup 2013. Elite start list include names like Anders Aukland (NOR), Stanislav Rezac (CZE), Simen Haakon Oestensen (NOR) and last year’s winner Joergen Brink (SWE). Estonian elite start (men) include Algo Kärp, Madis Vaikmaa, Martti Himma. From Russia Alexander Utkin, Alexander Bessmertnykh, Dmitriy Japarov and Konstantin Glavatskikh will all race the Tartu Maraton. All four will also race the World Championships next week.

On women’s side Sandra Hansson (SWE) will be racing for her fourth win of Tartu Maraton (she has previously won in 2009, 2010 and 2011). Elite list also include Stephanie Santer (ITA) and FIS Marathon Cup leader Tatjana Mannima (winner of Tartu Maraton 2005).

42^nd Tartu Maraton has altogether over 8500 participants from 29 different countries.
