Fresh snow and artificial snow for great conditions on Dolomitanlauf race course

The Dolomitenlauf, the first highlight of the Worldloppet winter, is just around the corner! Taking place in Obertilliach (AUT) coming weekend 18. and 19. January, races for everyone are waiting: 42 km, 21 km and 5 km in Classic Technique and Skating. Recent snowfall, loads of artificial snow and numerous groomers will provide a great race course.

Snowy Perfection: Ideal Conditions Await

Recent snowfall has turned the Dolomitenlauf tracks into a winter wonderland. Over the past week, 30 cm of fresh snow blanketed the region, complementing the extensive artificial snowmaking efforts. Grooming machines and tractors have been hard at work, ensuring the course is in top condition for the race weekend.
