Finlandia Ski Marathon Returns on different February weekend in 2026
After a spectacular 2025 edition that brought nearly 3,800 skiers together in the snowy landscapes of Lahti and Hollola, the Finlandia Ski Marathon is set to return on February 7–8, 2026 (instead of late February). Known as one of the most beloved long-distance ski races in the Worldloppet calendar, this iconic event continues to grow in both scale and spirit.
With live-streamed coverage, elite participation, and even the mayor of Lahti skiing the course, the 2025 event was a celebration of cross-country skiing. Sunny skies, world-class tracks, and the unmistakable Finnish winter made it one to remember.
