Sight — A course through breathtaking landscapes

La Transju’ takes you on a journey through the unique scenery of the Jura Mountains: vast spruce forests, snowy plateaus, peat bogs, and the iconic passages through charming French villages. You’ll experience stunning panoramas that blend wild nature with picturesque charm.

Among the highlights, the Risoux Massif offers a spectacular view from the heart of a dense forest. You’ll glide between snow-covered spruces, in an almost magical atmosphere. Another highlight: crossing the traditional villages of Bois-d’Amont and Les Rousses, where wooden houses and the warm support of local ski clubs create an unforgettable ambiance.

Further along, the open plateaus of Chapelle-des-Bois offer breathtaking views over the white expanses of the Haut-Doubs. This village is also famous for its festive atmosphere, locals ringing bells and cheering on every skier create a truly joyful spirit!

Hearing — The Transju’ atmosphere

Taking part in La Transju’ is more than just a race, it’s a human adventure filled with warmth and togetherness, bringing together over 3,500 participants.

The atmosphere here is truly unique: runners, volunteers, and spectators form one big family where every skier, elite or amateur, is encouraged and supported. The “Transju’ spirit” means smiles, self-challenge, camaraderie, and incredible fans!

From the adrenaline of the start line to the emotion of the finish, get ready for an unforgettable experience full of mutual support and enthusiasm. You’ll hear the ringing of cowbells and the cheers of the crowd, the true heartbeat of La Transju’.

As French member of the Worldloppet circuit, La Transju’ offers a warm and personalized welcome so Worldloppeters feel right at home.

International skiers holding a Worldloppet Passport enjoy access to a dedicated lounge with a gourmet welcome and a welcome gift, a perfect way to start the day and meet passionate skiers from around the world in a friendly atmosphere.

Worldloppet participants also benefit from free shuttles before and after the race.

The program includes five races: 25 km and 50 km in both classic and skating styles, as well as the legendary Transjurassienne.

Taste — A French gourmet experience!

France is renowned for its rich and generous gastronomy, and La Transju’ is no exception!

Throughout the race, the refreshment points will help you recharge with local products: aged Comté cheese, Morteau sausage, artisanal charcuterie, and other regional specialties to keep you going all the way to the finish line.

And after the effort, it’s time for celebration! Share a hearty meal with other participants featuring the region’s signature dish, a traditional Franc-Comtois meal.
