The story behind the Finlandia Ski Marathon medal
Starting in 2025, participant medals at Finlandia Ski Marathon will tell a new, shared story – one of the trail, the landscape, and the meaningful stopping points along the route. Over the next five years, each medal design will honor one of the Finlandia service stations – annual landmarks that are invaluable to both skiers and organizers.
These stations are more than just service points – they are part of the experience. They are offering presence, connection, and atmosphere. Now, they are finally receiving the recognition they deserve – in the form of a medal.
