The traditional Planoiras Volkslanglauf is already looking back to a 40-years history in the holiday region Lenzerheide.
Measure yourself on 25 wonderful and interesting kilometers (or 13.5 km at the Planoirino) through the snow-covered winter landscape of the Lenzerheide holiday region between the Roland Arena in Lantsch / Lenz and Parpan.
Every year over 400 participants from all over Europe participate. Already one day earlier, the Planoiras Youth Run and the Heja Heja Special Olympics snowshoe and cross country race will start. “We look forward to your participation and wish you a good preparation.”
