XIII. International Rostec Demino Ski Marathon FIS / Worldloppet 2020 goes to start : LIVE streaming

Watch the races of the weekend in Russia online: Saturday, February 29th the 50km FT and Sunday, March 1st the 25km CT

The busiest weekend of the season will see also the biggest race in Russia taking place: the Demino Ski Marathon, also this year to be seen LIVE on the Youtube Channel and on the Worldloppet website.

Big participation to the main race tomorrow, with more than 2000 skiers registered. Even if the main component of the racers is from Russia, many skiers coming from 18 other different countries including Finland, Norway, Belarus, Austria, Germany and Estonia but also Sweden, Kazakhstan, Australia and Japan. All in all an international weekend is awaiting skiers at the “big race of big Russia”.

During two sports days Demino courses will conquer more than three thousand professional athletes and ski lovers. At the start will be more than two thousand participants. The first to start the group “Elite”. It includes well-known Russian and foreign athletes – the Olympic champion of Vancouver, the silver medalist of Sochi Olympics in 2014 in the team sprint, the three-time world champion Nikita Kriukov, the champion of Russia in cross-country skiing, the three-time European champion, biathlonist Aleksey Slepov, the silver medalist of Vancouver German skier Tim Charnke and the German cyclist, 1988 Seoul Olympics champion Mario Kummer, Swiss skier, Olympic medalist, world ski alpinist Natascia Leonardi-Cortezi. Among the participants are 65 Worldloppet masters.

While bib distribution has already started and the many skiers have in big part already reached the event location in Rybinsk, the races will start tomorrow with the 50km in Free Technique at 11 AM (9AM CET). The streaming will commence at 10:45 AM (8:45 CET).

On Sunday the events row continues: at 10:00 the start of the 25km in Classical Technique, followed by the 10 km and 5km races.
It will be possible to see this race live too, to follow the enthusiastic show in real time starting from 9:30 CET +2 (7:30 CET)
