Angelo Corradini invited the Polish delegation to Marcialonga, before the trip of the Marcialonga delegation to the Polish race. The major Luzniak, after receiving the bib from Corradini, was invited to take part to Marcialonga or, in alternative, to shoot the start of the 47th Edition, if he would not be ready for skis. An invitation that was also made to the Marcialonga President, invited to launch the 2020 Bieg Piastow.
The President Pawlowski could not hide his satisfaction:
“I recognize the importance of Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa, lots of Polish people travel to that region to enjoy the beauty of the territory”.Maciej Pawlowski, President of Bieg Piastow
All in all, this union is the result of a long relationship, started when Corradini first travelled to Poland first in 1990 and in 2008 – to include the best race of Poland to the Worldloppet circuit.
They share a common vision and the sport unites once again people and cultures, being a big example of values, the positive values that Worldloppet has been trying to share since its foundation.
