Two routes considered for Transju 2026

Transju’ 2026 promises an exciting weekend of cross-country skiing, with a varied program combining classic and skating techniques, as well as snowshoe tours, designed for skiers of all levels.

Two routes considered

In the face of increasingly challenging weather conditions, the Transju’ is adapting responsibly and proactively. At this stage, two routes are being considered for the iconic long-distance Transjurassienne, with the same goal: to offer a great Transju’, true to its spirit.

  1. The original and legendary 70 km Transjurassienne route, from Lamoura to Mouthe, to fully experience the legend, if snow conditions are optimal.
  2. An alternative and secure 50 km route, from Lamoura to Les Rousses, already used in the 2023 edition, known for its reliability in terms of snow coverage.

Whatever route is chosen, the spirit remains unchanged: commitment, the joy of skiing, and a shared sense of adventure.

Weather Update

Snowfall is expected later this week and at the end of the month, which will help strengthen the existing snow cover.

The organizing teams, working closely with the trail services, are fully mobilized to prepare the course under the best possible conditions, in line with the planned strategy.

Upcoming Key Dates

A first route option will be finalized 10 days before the events. It will be officially announced during the press conference on Monday, February 2nd at 11:00 AM, broadcast live on the Transju’ Facebook page and available afterwards on the Transju’ YouTube channel.
