“Ushuaia Loppet” has a distance of 42 kilometers and was created by the Club Andino Ushuaia (CAU). It was intended as a complement to the Marchablanca, a sister race, the most important of its kind in South America since 1986 and organized, the race has two distances: 21kms (elite) and 7.5 kms (promo).
We have 42.4 Km of total distance of the circuit and the center of the race is only 25 minutes away from the city center and the main hotels. It’s surrounded by the most pristine patagonic nature and captivate tourist for all over the world. Our maximum gradient in PiPEF: 102.5 meters and the maximum rise in PiPEF: 62.3 meters. Another interesting facts are: Our maximum slope in this track: 12.4 %; average slope: 5.4 % , total increases in PiPEF: 356.3 meters for each lap. Total elevation gain in the two laps: 712.6 meters. The maximum slope uphill PiPEF in short sections: 13.0 % and the maximum slope of decline in PiPEF in short sections: -13.3%.
