Cancelled: Delta forces Merino Muster to cancellation
Unfortunately Covid does not stop from the new season. Now, after Ushuaialoppet and Kangaroo Hoppet, also the New Zealand Worldloppet member Merino Muster had to announce the cancellation. The Covid cases in New Zealand are increasing again and the Delta variant is making the situation very unclear. The race was planned to start on 18th September.
The organizing committee is inviting everybody around the world to join their virtual edition going on until 20th September. Registration is still possible.
