Gatineau Loppet

The Virtual Gatineau Loppet will offer you a variety of distances for $15 (apx 10 € + taxes & fees) between 13h and 28th February. You will be able to complete a 10km, 10 km Challenge, 25 km or 50 km. In order to allow athletes from all over the world to participate, the distances can be completed in cross-country skiing (classic or free technique), fatbike, snowshoeing, cycling, roller skiing and even running! 10 km Challenge will be perfect for novice skiers as they will be able to complete the total distance in several crosscountry ski outings. The Mini 2 km is back again this year for young skiers for $5 (apx 3 €+ taxes & fees).

Following completion of your distance, you will receive, by email, a printable certificate confirming your participation in the Virtual Gatineau Loppet. A BUFF will also be sent by mail to highlight your accomplishment. As well, different participation prizes will be drawn daily starting February 13. 

The Virtual Gatineau Loppet will be officially recognized as the 43rd edition. If you complete the 25 km or 50 km in cross-country skiing, you will be able to claim your pin recognizing the total number of races you’ve completed (5,10, 15, 20, 25 or 30). And for those who accumulate 35 editions, it will be counted toward the supreme rank of the Veterans Club. (But it is not valid for a stamp in your Worldloppet Passport).
