Marcialonga 2026: A Historic Year Ahead

Set to take place on 25 January 2026, Marcialonga will run through the iconic Olympic valleys of Trentino. With Olympic cross-country and Nordic competitions scheduled nearby in Predazzo and Lago di Tesero just weeks later, the Marcialonga trail promises to be more prestigious than ever before.

As one of the most popular races on the Worldloppet calendar, Marcialonga regularly sells out quickly. So, organizers are offering a special pre-registration period for Worldloppet Passport holders and Masters – a unique advantage for our loyal skiers.

How to Secure Your Bib Early

If you are a Worldloppet Passport holder, you can already secure your spot before general registration opens on 3 June 2025. Simply include your passport number when filling out the registration form on the Marcialonga website, and your status will be verified before your bib number is confirmed. Please note: the confirmation process can take up to one week. (In case, the system is not working, please send an email to the organizers).

A Special Offer for Young Skiers

In 2026, the Marcialonga Young will be paused, but young skiers aged 16 and up can still join the excitement by participating in the Marcialonga Light. For the first time, a special under-18 trophy will be awarded, with winners earning automatic entry into the full 70 km race as soon as they reach the eligible age. Plus, all under-18 participants will be seeded in Group 10, giving them a fairer and more exciting race experience (valid until 30 September).
