Cooperation with “xc-ski.de” brings a new challenge to the Virtual Racing League
Basically the Virtual Racing League was formed, to unite all virtual events organized by Worldloppet member races. But in order to hold together the whole Cross-Country skiing community, Worldloppet has decided to bring in a few selected cooperation partners. During the winter season Worldloppet and the International Ski Federation (FIS) have shown their close cooperation, when the we4ski Nordiq Challenge (organized by the FIS) joined the Virtual Racing League. Now, for the summer time, another partner is enriching the League: The German Cross-Country skiing news platform xc-ski.de.
25 and 40 km long xc-ski.de Sommer Challenge
xc-ski.de is organizing different Sommer Challenges (Summer Challenges), among them a 25km and a 40km roller ski challenge. These two distances are valid for the Virtual Racing League. The race period has already started and lasts until September 30th.
