Jizerská Padesatka

Follow me on my next journey to discover some nordic adventures at the world’s greatest skiing destinations. This time we travel to the Czech Republic, to Bedrichov, in order to participate in the legendary Jizerska 50. It was a record breaking year for the Czech Worldloppet member race with more than 9.000 participants. Under tough wet conditions, I still haven’t had enough, and I signed up for some night alpine skiing in the skiing resort Jested, right next to Liberec. What a blast! If you go to the Jizerska Padesatka, you definitely should plan in some days to experience the region and to enjoy skiing/night skiing at Jested.
