La Transjurassienne D-30
So far 3,900 racers have already registered in La Transjurassienne that will take place in the Jura Mountains on February 7 and 8, 2015. The mythical race seems to attract more and more participants all over the world! All wishing to enjoy the event in gorgeous sunshine, just like the two previous years. The skiers are currently training, while the supporters are getting ready for the exciting week-end. This year, the choice of side activities will reach a new dimension to celebrate the Nordic skiing event!
NEW! # Transju Test Center in Les Rousses, at the Omnibus Activity Park: January 5, Friday 6 and Saturday 7, 2015
Famous brands will participate and share valuable advice, present their new products and offer skiers the opportunity to test skis in racing conditions. On Friday, several activities will take place: ski jump training at 5:30 pm, the Optician climb time-trial at 6:30 pm, followed by fireworks at 7:30 pm. Additional items are on the agenda, such as: Top Athletes’ bib pick-up and glide tests.
The whole X’ Drive (4*4) BMW range will be presented by professional drivers in the X’Drive Tour by BMW from Friday, February 6 to Saturday, February 7.
Opening hours: Thursday from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.

This is the place to find the new “Craft – Transjurassienne” clothing collection, partners’ booths, waxing services, regional products as well as numerous other activities.
# Transju recreational area in Mouthe – February 7 & 8 from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm – Mouthe – route de l’ancienne Douane (D389 road)
On the agenda: laser biathlon initiation, children’s short race before the skiers’ arrival, and open races for all on skis equipped for 3 skiers. A great way to have fun waiting for the “favorites” with the mascot Piou-Piou in a musical ambiance! And to top it off, a true catering venue.
The activities are coordinated by the Espace Nordique Jurassien, the Val de Mouthe and Trans’Organisation associations. Additional points of interest: Racing booths on the snow field, the Conseil Régional de Franche-Comté’s stand, the Conseil Général du Jura’s igloo as well as the Conseil Général du Doubs’ hot-air balloon.
On Saturday and Sunday, at each start area, warm-up fitness sessions with music will be organized for the racers!
