Transju Track-Talk – January 7, 2014
Although the entire Transju track is covered in snow, important rainfall in the last few days has done damage to the tracks in the lower sections of the race course connecting the two higher altitude massifs (the Massacre and the Risoux) and also to the tracks between Chaux-Neuve and Mouthe.
All of our alternative tracks are in full use at this date and are maintained daily by the track maintenance crew and open to the general public.
Weather forecast for the days to come:
Warm temperatures between now and Sunday, January 12 followed by snowfalls between January 13-15. South-West winds will progressively give way to North-Westerly winds.
